I've built software since 2005. The constant is business analysis: understand how the company works, spot what must be built, keep systems running—and be honest that AI accelerates implementation.
The Beginning: A Life-Changing Discovery
My journey didn't start in a classroom. In the mid-1990s, I was assembling computers and selling CDs. In 2005, discovering Delphi changed everything. Writing my first lines of code revealed a new meaning of work: creating systems, not just trading products.
Bridging Two Eras
For nearly two decades I built critical financial systems with Delphi and SQL. Later, as IT Manager at Karafarin Exchange, I led a digital transformation toward Node.js and React—without breaking day-to-day operations. That taught me adaptation matters more than loyalty to a stack.
The KAM Demos — Business Analysis First
Every KAM demo started with my analysis: which business problem, for whom, and why it matters. Payments, ops tools, trading concepts, infra ideas—I identified those opportunities. AI accelerates coding; I own requirements, review, and Docker/Nginx deployments.
AI Implements — I Analyze
AI helps generate and iterate code. Business analysis, opportunity identification, product decisions, verification, and production ownership stay with me. That split is the honest story.
A Legacy Beyond Code
My ultimate mission goes beyond technology. I see software work as a legacy to pass on—especially teaching children algorithmic thinking and honest craft. Systems should be understandable, improvable, and owned by people who tell the truth about how they were made.
